Operating Procedure

The following steps outline the cleaning process for optimal results.

  1. Start with a visual inspection and initial weight analysis to check the filter's condition.

  2. Secure the filter or catalytic converter using the appropriate adaptors.

  3. The cleaning process must always start in the opposite direction of the gas outflow.

  4. Select the cleaning mode on the touchscreen interface to start the automatic cycle.

  5. The machine uses pressurized water with a specific detergent to remove ash and soot.

  6. The machine will also perform a drying cycle to ensure the filter is moisture-free before reinstallation.
