Operating Procedure
Based on the user manual, the cleaning procedure for optimal results involves the following steps:

Preliminary Analysis: Before cleaning, a visual inspection, weight measurement, and flow test should be carried out to check the filter's condition and identify any damage.

Detergent Application: The machine uses a special detergent designed for DPFs. The detergent can be applied in the tank or directly onto the filter for heavily soiled units.

Initial Cleaning Direction: The cleaning process must always start in the opposite direction of the gas outflow to effectively remove ash plugs.

Automatic Cycle: Once the adapters are fitted and the process is started, the machine performs a pressurised water wash with temperature control. It's crucial to visualize the water flow during the first 2-3 minutes to prevent back pressure.

Drying: After the wash, the machine automatically performs a drying cycle. The operator can set the desired temperature and time for this process.
